Custom Order Policy

Custom dresses are made to order according to your specifications and directions. We will take every measure to ensure the quality and standard of your order. In the unlikely event that you receive your order and it is not as according to the order details we will offer a partial refund. Due to the amount of work that goes into creating the dress, we will not be able to offer a full refund.
