Refund policy

Our first priority is to create the dress you desire. We will provide updates throughout the customization process and before we finally ship it out to you. In the rare scenario that you receive your order and it is less than satisfactory, you are welcome to keep the dresses and we will partially refund you. Due to the customized nature of our work we cannot process exchanges or returns.
