What happens if the fabric I ordered is out of stock?
Our first priority is to get the exact article you have ordered. If by chance it becomes unavailable, you are welcome to replace it with another same price article or get your money refunded.
How long will it take to receive my custom order clothes?
We aim to have a quick turnaround from the time you place your order till we have it custom-stitched and shipped out to you. Please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for this process.
I have a formal dress style in mind. Can Stitch Fit Studio recreate it for me?
For fully customized formal dresses, we ask you to have a phone consultation with our designer. Please have inspiration and reference pictures at the ready and we will give our 100% to create your dream dress.
